Junior State Cup
The Junior State Cup is the premier junior affiliate touch football competition in Queensland. The 2026 Queensland Touch Football Junior State Cup will be held at Redlands thanks to the support of Redland City Council. A three day action packed Touch Football competition that brings together more than 4000 participants from over 230 affiliate teams from across Queensland extending as far north as Cairns and as far south as South Tweed.

Tom Gleeson - Out of Touch
Tom Gleeson is completely out of touch. Come along to the show and take him down a peg. Tom Gleeson is a gold-plated comedy superstar, hosting ratings smashes and filling theatres across the country. He's played rowdy RSLs and filled the Sydney Opera House. There isn't a corner of this country that he hasn't performed in. On ABC-TV's The Weekly, Tom's segment Hard Chat beget his own show Hard Quiz, which not only blitzes the ratings as it enters its eleventh season, but also earned Tom Australian television's gong of gongs – the Gold Logie, which rubs against his 5 AACTAs on his very crowded trophy shelf. Given his natural disdain for the public, Tom couldn't resist the chance to apply it to his fellow comedians as the host of Network Ten's sixth season of Taskmaster Australia.

BLEACH 2026
BLEACH* 2026BLEACH* Arts Festival is back for 2026 and for the first time, will take place in October, running from 1 – 11 October to embrace the Gold Coast’s vibrant spring energy. The much loved arts and culture festival also welcomes a new Artistic Director; Felix Preval who promises to deliver a fresh take to the long running festival. Felix Preval brings two decades of experience in the performing arts, including holding the role of Artistic Director of Darwin Festival from 2017 – 20200 and Festival Producer at Melbourne Fringe from 2012 – 2016. BLEACH* 2026 will feature a range of local, national and international artists, presenting performances, new installations and community engaged works that celebrate the city’s natural environment and transform the HOTA precinct for the duration of the festival.
