Sam Taunton
THIS MUST BE THE PLACEI grew up at 34 Shoalhaven St, Nowra, NSW. The house wasn’t super flash, the place was basically held together with pop-rivots and a seemingly religious use of WD-40. It was one of those post-war knockabout fibro-shells you still see on quarter-acre blocks all over Australia’s poorer suburbs. Last year, my Dad annoyingly sold up and moved away. Oh! And also, the nightly TV show I hosted called The Project ended (but that’s not really part of the tale...). This 60 minute story, filled with a lifetime of suburban misadventures, small-town characters, and the strange nostalgia of losing the place that made you. I’ve been telling people this show is about the house I grew up in, but it’s really about everything that happened inside. Directed by Cameron James "On an express elevator to stardom.” Herald Sun “Tells us stories about some of the worst moments of his life… that ultimately lead to serendipitous comedy gold.” The Age "He’s terrific and excellent at what he does...a breath of fresh air..." The Scotsman

Daniel Muggleton
White Here, White NowDaniel Muggleton continues to be one of Australia’s most in-demand comedians despite no media attention of any kind. In 2025, Rolling Stone named him a ‘Must-See Show’ at Edinburgh Fringe. He spent the rest of the year selling out shows around Australia, receiving critical-acclaim and seriously offending two people in Perth… but it’s important to point out they were wearing lanyards in a social setting. So yeah, fair enough, I guess? Come see the man in the red tracksuit live on-stage, the way God intended, with a brand-new hour of fearless stand-up comedy. But if you’re wearing a lanyard or carrying a sloganed tote bag probably skip it.
