Queensland Department of Environment and Science manage a number of campsites in Springbrook and Lamington National Parks. Most of these campsites are unsuitable for caravans.

The joy of having a home on wheels or a tent is you can park or pitch it on a piece of prime beachfront real estate for a very reasonable rate.
