Summary

Whitesands is a five-bedroom waterfront residence in central Robina on the Gold Coast, set on a 966 square metre block with 19.9 metres of private canal frontage and no rear neighbours. It sleeps up to eleven guests across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and suits large families and groups gathering for an extended stay.

The ground floor opens to a formal lounge, a chef's kitchen with a stone island and gas cooktop, a separate butler's pantry, and both a formal eight-seat dining table and a casual four-seater. A ground-floor queen bedroom offers step-free access and doubles as a study, with a powder room alongside. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, a curved bay window, and an ensuite with a freestanding oval tub. A further queen room, a single room, and a bunk room with four single beds share a second full bathroom, and a second living room and media room each carry a 100-inch television.

Outside, a fully fenced 9 by 4.4 metre pool sits on a travertine deck. A covered alfresco area, a cabana with a built-in barbecue and bar, a sunken fire pit, an outdoor shower, and a children's lawn with a trampoline and cubby complete the grounds. Reverse-cycle air conditioning runs throughout.
