LIFE DRAWING SESSIONS
Join us for a curated evening of Life Drawing with Live Music in Studio 56 at the Miami Marketta. At Life Drawing Sessions our focus is not on the outcome of your drawing, rather it is about the process of giving into the act of creating with music and muse. This event embraces people of all drawing levels from novice to maestro. All materials are included in your ticket just book in and turn up. Bookings Essential. Life Drawing Sessions is held at the Miami Marketta on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the Month. Doors open at 6:00 pm, session runs 6:30-9:00 pm Please arrive before 6:30 pm so we can start on time. MATERIALS PROVIDED (However you’re welcome to bring your own): Butchers paper, A3 & A4 Drawing Cartridge Paper 2B & 4B Pencils Oil Pastels Fine liner pens Charcoal Textas We kindly ask that you switch your phone on silent and do not use it during the session out of respect and for the privacy of our life models. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL - LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE ** TICKET T&CS - Tickets are able to be exchanged or refunded up to 24 hours before the session. Anything after that is up to the ticket holder to either resell, gift or forfeit their ticket. Festival of Touch
The Festival of Touch is a 10 day celebration of all things Touch Football. The event aims to invigorate, inspire and connect the touch football community in Queensland. The 10-day Festival encompasses two flagship touch football events on the Queensland Touch Football (QTF) calendar, including the Queensland State Cup and Queensland All Nations, which are held on consecutive weekends on the Gold Coast. The weeklong festival includes professional development opportunities for administrators and sport enthusiasts through the QTF Conferences, the Queensland Touch Football Awards Night, which celebrates the Queensland touch footballs inspiring community and a South East Queensland Schools Gala Day to engage and excite local schools in touch football. If that is not enough, based on the picturesque Gold Coast, participants can take the opportunity to enjoy a holiday shared with family and friends.
