An average of 9 Australians take their lives every single day, that's one Aussie every 3 hours losing their life to the black dog.
On the third Sunday of March, Black Dog Ride is uniting under one banner with one voice on one single day to amplify a national message of hope, awareness and prevention. Let's get the conversation started, register for the Black Dog Ride 1 Dayer 2026 today!

Ride Registration:
By registering, you will also receive your rider kit upon check-in on the day at the ride, which includes:
- 1 Dayer patch
- Round 1 Dayer 2026 participation bike sticker
- 'Black Dog Rider' bike sticker
Please Note: Online ticket sales for this event will close at 10am AEST on Sunday 15th March 2026.
Ride Itinerary:
- 7.30am Check in & registrations at Gold Coast Motor Museum QLD
- 9.00am Rider Safety Briefing
- 9:15am Stands up and ride departs.

We will once again have online ticket sales ONLY - NO PAPER REGISTRATIONS AT THE EVENT.
Check in is still required to get your rider pack.
Ride Preparation
It is imperative that riders ensure their bike is registered, roadworthy, and in proper working order, ready for the significant distance ride ahead. It is also imperative that riders and pillion passengers are fit and well enough for the journey. Black Dog Ride does not take responsibility for these matters.

Most rides have a Facebook Group to help you connect with fellow riders. Once you have registered for this ride you can go to your ride's Facebook Group and apply for membership.

The safety and wellbeing of all ride participants is our priority: While participating in Black Dog Ride events, at any time where you are, or are likely to be, in control of a vehicle, the consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs is prohibited. At all times at Black Dog Ride events, the use of illegal substances is prohibited. Non-compliance of this requirement will result in your immediate disqualification from further participation in the event, and no refunds will be given.
