World Champagne Day celebrations are back for another year at Beechmont Estate with an exquisite five-course, six-champagne dining experience at The Paddock. This years event featuring a bespoke menu by Executive Chef Josh Childs and a guided champagne-tasting experience by Elise Coulter in collaboration with three of the world's greatest Champagne maisons: Moët & Chandon, Ruinart and Veuve Clicquot. Event Highlights: Six Champagnes: Delight in a guided tasting of six unforgettable Champagnes, including prestige cuvées such as a rare back vintage magnum of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2013, the elegance of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, the vibrancy of Veuve Clicquot Rose and the indulgence of Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial. Five-Course Menu: Enjoy a spring-inspired menu crafted to pair perfectly with each Champagne, showcasing the best local spring local produce.
