FOREVER NU ACROSS AUSTRALIA 2026 TOUR
How do you know when a tribute act can cut the grade? Whether musically, they can even match the intensity and musicality of the bands they are paying homage to? Well, you can't really until you have seen them live, but when you factor in that the tribute act features current and former members of bands such as DRAGONFORCE, ANTI NOWHERE LEAGUE, SINSAENUM, and BREED 77, then you at least know the pedigree is there. The UK's #1 tribute to SYSTEM OF A DOWN - CHOP SUEY have been mesmerizing audiences all over the world, travelling through France, Austria, Wales, UK and Europe over the last 18 months to sold-out crowds. And with KNOTFEST choosing to leave Australian fans unfulfilled in 2026, Slip-NOT have cleared a 10-day window in their busy life schedules to jump on the camel train and head Down Under to fill the void! The newer of the two star-studded tribute acts, Slip-NOT, also refuse to play baby brother, and have quickly established themselves as a class act in their own right. Rounding out the trifecta is THE VIOLENT INZIDENT, one of the most entertaining and fun bands you have never seen. Focussing on (and destroying) nu metal in its purest form, THE VIOLENT INZIDENT promise to make you take everything you know about bands like LIMP BIZKIT and KORN and churn it through the blender of life to create something insanely different but infinitely better. All three bands are headed to Australia in May 2026 and promise - in the words of another great tribute act POISON - "Nothin' But A Good Time"! Appearing at Mo's Desert Clubhouse on: SAT 30 MAY // $35+BF or $50 on the door // 18+ Show Doors 6pm El Ranchero back deck and food truck open from 5pm for pre-show eats and cocktails Mo's Desert Clubhouse is the Gold Coast's premier destination live music venue in the Burleigh Arts Quarter. The Spooky Men’s Chorale - 25 Years of Pointless Grandeur
The Spooky Men’s Chorale - 25 Years of Pointless GrandeurThe Spooky Men’s Chorale is a magnificent, many-headed beast which has single-handedly turned the world of men’s signing upside down. Bypassing well trodden avenues, they carve out new territories of mighty man sounds, exquisite tenderness and charming stupidity to both celebrate masculinity and mock it.Formed in New South Walkes in 2001, the Spooks have become rock-solid festival and theatre favourites in Australia, UK and Europe, with seven albums and 900 gigs under their belts. No subject is too trivial or weighty for their attention, and such ability to find new musical rooms to explore contributes greatly to their astonishing fan loyalty. The show evokes musical worlds far beyond that suggested by their unassuming, casually hatted black-clad appearance. They are just a bunch of blokes but where they take you will blow your mind.

Songs From 1975
Songs From 1975The Honey Sliders are back with a new show! This year they are paying homage to the music from 1975. It was the year Bruce Springsteen broke out with his first hit ‘Born to Run’, Led Zeppelin released their opus Physical Graffiti (featuring the epic ‘Kashmir’), David Bowie reinvented himself with ‘Golden Years’, ‘Fame’, and ‘Young Americans’, Fleetwood Mac tipped the charts with “Rhiannon’, Bob Dylan hit top gear with arguably his best album ‘Blood on the Tracks’, Neil Young released two albums ‘Tonight’s the Night’, and ‘Zuma’, and Willie Nelson had a number one hit with ‘Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain’, John Lennon recorded a timeless version of ‘Stand By Me’, and the list goes on… The Honey Sliders will play all of these songs plus many more, live on stage, in a night to remember. 1975 was also when The Honey Sliders’ band leader Danny Widdicombe was born, so this is like a 50th birthday party for him, and his 30th year of living with leukaemia and all its complications. Danny has been diagnosed and managed to fight off leukaemia three times since his first diagnosis back in 1995 so this is a big milestone for him and his loved ones - and it’s going to be one hell of a celebration! The Honey Sliders have been putting on themed concerts every year since 2013. Over the last twelve years, they have curated 15 different shows including The Beatles’ ‘Rooftop Concert’ and ‘Abbey Road’, The Rolling Stones’ ‘Sticky Fingers’ and ‘Let it Bleed’ with Tim Rogers on vocals, The Band’s ‘The Last Waltz’ with guests such as Bernard Fanning, Troy Cassar-Daley, Jeff Lang and more, Neil Young’s ‘On the Beach’ and ‘Harvest’ as well as ‘Zuma’, and ‘Tonight’s the Night’ and many more. It’s a labour of love and the band pride themselves on the attention to detail they put into working up their favourite music. Come sing along to all these classic tunes from ’75!
