Overview
Savour the season and treat yourself to a luxurious spread of refreshing Lillet spritzes and summer-inspired bites and sweets at the new Summer Garden High Tea at Pearls Bar at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort.
Settle in and enjoy a sparkling wine, and unlimited herbal tea and freshly brewed coffee, as you soak up the views across the pristine pools and lush surrounds from Pearls Bar – or for an extra burst of summer vibes, upgrade your experience to include a Lillet Blanc spritz, finished with fresh summer strawberries and mango slices. A delicious procession of eats and treats will follow, including savouries like fresh-crab and chive-mayonnaise brioche rolls, garden-pea and goats-cheese tarts, and champagne-infused watermelon with marinated Persian fetta. As for the sweets, indulge in bite-sized morsels like a Lillet rose sponge tower, raspberry tarts, glazed summer oranges, colourful macarons and, of course, deliciously fluffy housemade vanilla scones with vanilla clotted cream and raspberry jam.
If you’ve got little people that like to indulge, bring them along to join in on the summer fun. Kids will receive a cupcake decorating kit, served at the table alongside a house-made tropical iced tea. The perfect school-holiday activity!
The Summer Garden High Tea is served daily in Pearls Bar from 12:00–4:00 pm from December 1 to February 29. The $74 experience ($37 per child) includes a glass of sparkling wine and unlimited tea and coffee, with the option to add a summer Lillet spritz for an extra $10. For bookings, head to the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort website.
