Overview
Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle and accessible 40 minute yoga experience designed for all ages and abilities. This nurturing class combines mindful movement, conscious breathing and simple yoga postures to help improve flexibility, mobility, balance and overall wellbeing. With plenty of modifications and options offered throughout the session, participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and honour their individual needs.
Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after a break or a regular practitioner, this welcoming class provides the perfect opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body and enjoy the many benefits of movement in a supportive community environment.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
