Sessions Art Exhibit
Sessions Surf Festival will return to Australia for a second year, delivering an even bigger swell of surf, film, art and live music on the Gold Coast from 23-30 May.
Following its successful debut last year as Solento Surf Festival, the festival enters a refreshed celebration under the banner of Sessions Surf Festival – expanding its footprint from one-week to two-weeks with more community events and activations across the city, including ‘Session Art Exhibit’ on Tuesday 26 May.
Visual art takes focus with an exhibition opening at HOTA, Home of the Arts, showcasing surf-inspired works from leading local contemporary artists - including
Otis Carey, Karlee Mackie, Paul McNeil, Jai Vasicek, and many more - reinforcing the strong connection between wave culture and creative practice.
Come along and enjoy art, live music, complimentary drinks and light bites.
