A selection of works by renowned artists Kate Quinn and Emily Day are currently on show at Studio 8 Currumbin.
Kate is a full-time Brisbane artist whose passion is painting still life especially florals, fruit, textiles and ceramics in luminous oils on canvas from her home studio. Alongside her own practice, Kate co-creates the beautiful Bloom Art Experiences with fellow artist Emily Day, offering inspiring floral still life workshops in stunning locations, both in person and online.
Emily creates earthy florals and mindful, quietly evocative scenes that celebrate the beauty of everyday life. Her work is deeply rooted in the present, with paintings designed to live alongside collectors through every season. Emily finds the most rewarding part of being an artist is connecting with the people who resonate with her work and seeing how collectors style her paintings and prints in their homes.
This beautiful selection of works is on display at Studio 8 Currumbin.
