Summary
Overview
‘Life Support’ is a full-length documentary that captures the unique eye-witness testimonies of international doctors who have been to Gaza over the last two years.
Given the ban on international media, the doctors become the eyes and ears of the world. Led by Dr Nick Maynard, Dr Victoria Rose and Dr Tanya Haj Hassan, the film is structured around their visceral, first-hand footage from inside hospitals. As the doctors' videos chronicle their experience working in extreme conditions, footage shot for our film by local cameramen gives us access to everyday life in Gaza beyond the headlines.
Content Warning: contains graphic and distressing scenes including images of severely injured children and starvation.
