Overview

Unwrap a festive night of improvised hilarity in Currumbin on the Gold Coast! Fuelled by your suggestions and a little Christmas mischief, everything is made up on the spot. Every show is different — no peeking, even we don't know what's coming!

The first half is packed with the fast-paced comedy theatre games Gold Coast audiences have come to know and love. If you enjoy Whose Line Is It Anyway?, you'll feel right at home!

Then, in the second half, Blah Blah Blah Improv's signature long-form improv show, Small Town Council, takes the stage where your local Facebook community group posts provides the inspiration. Joining us are two special professional improvisers from Brisbane — Chris Martin and Taylor Edwards.

Scroll through your neighbourhood Facebook group and find a post that's mundane, funny, bizarre, or very idiosyncratic to your local area. Submit it on the night and it could become part of the agenda at our completely improvised town council meeting.

Family-friendly. The only comedy night on the Gold Coast where you can bring the kids and have a drink!
