What happens when an immigrant takes on life in Australia?
Superstar-in-the-making Lantian Li is touring Australia’s major cities and towns with his very funny stand-up comedy show, I Am An Immigrant—and this October, he brings it to the Gold Coast for the first time!
In his show, he reveals the real reason Asians are bad at driving, how Australia can have only five Japanese people but 5,000 Japanese restaurants, what Chinese men fear most in life, and many more jokes you’ve never heard before!
Clean, clever and suitable for everyone, Lantian’s comedy blends personal storytelling with sharp observations about culture, identity, family, work and everyday life in Australia. With a distinctive voice and a natural connection with audiences, he turns real-life immigrant experiences into comedy that is honest, surprising and very, very funny.
Join Lantian for an unforgettable night of comedy at HOTA!
