Rod is the founder of Holistic Pro Health Performance, author of The Art of Longevity, and has been helping people improve their movement, health and performance from his Coolangatta practice for more than 18 years. Located just a short walk from Queen Elizabeth Park, Rod has built a reputation for combining science-backed techniques with practical, everyday strategies that help people move and age well.
This restorative session combines breathwork, mobility training and fascial release techniques to help reduce tension, improve flexibility, enhance recovery and support overall wellbeing. Participants will learn how breathing patterns, movement quality and fascia health work together to influence performance, resilience and longevity.
