Exclusive to JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, Aqua Sculpt brings an effective full body workout engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously to enhance your balance, flexibility, and strength, all performed on the pool water surface on a floating exercise platform. From Tuesday 17 September until Thursday 12 December 2024, classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 7am to 7:45am* Complimentary self-parking on-site.
