Education Queensland International
Education Queensland International (EQI) is the commercial arm of the Department of Education International (DEi) branch and sits in the Queensland Government Department of Education.
EQI develops and promotes programs for international students who want to study at a Queensland Government primary or secondary school. We are one of the largest providers of international student programs in Australia. We offer world-class education, a safe and healthy lifestyle in Queensland, unique cultural experiences and affordable living for our students.
We offer many different programs for international students of all ages to study in a Queensland Government school on the Gold Coast.
These include:
- Primary School Prep to Year 6
- Secondary High School Year 7 to Year 12
- High School Preparation to prepare students for high school
- International Baccalaureate (IB) — a globally recognised diploma for high achievers available at the selective entry Queensland Academies, including the Gold Coast-based Health Science campus.
