Day 1
From Instagrammable Cafés to Award-Winning Dining
Expand
9:00AM
Paddock Bakery
Kick things off with breakfast at Paddock Bakery, a Gold Coast favourite that’s gone viral for its rustic vibe and drool-worthy baked goods. Grab a coffee, share a croissant (or eat it all yourself!), and fuel up for the day. It’s the kind of spot where you’ll be tempted to take just as many photos as bites.

10:30AM
Burleigh Heads
Once fuelled, make your way to Burleigh Heads for those iconic panoramic views before continuing through the Burleigh National Park walking track to Tallebudgera Creek. The contrast of shaded trails, coastal cliffs, local wildlife and crystal-clear water makes this one of the Coast’s most photogenic walks — your camera roll will love it as much as you do.
12:30AM
Piada Co.
Head to Piada Co. for lunch and order their famous piadinas (Italian-style flatbreads) and with their TikTok-famous pistachio frappe (why not?).
1:00PM
Pacific Fair + Brooki Bakehouse
After, make your way to Pacific Fair,  the Gold Coast’s premier shopping destination. Whether you’re browsing designer labels, boutique finds, or just soaking up the stylish open-air precinct, it’s a retail therapy fix with flair. Don’t forget to swing by Brooki Bakehouse for a sweet treat that’s already conquered TikTok with its gooey cookies and loaded brownies. One bite and you’ll know why.
3:00PM
Palette Restaurant
End your first day on a high note at Palette, the multi-award-winning restaurant inside HOTA (Home of the Arts). The menu here is seasonal, creative, and plated with the precision of fine art — a perfect reflection of its cultural home. Think bold Australian flavours reimagined in innovative ways, served in a setting that oozes sophistication. It’s the kind of dinner that lingers long after the last bite, both on your palate and in your memories.
Day 2
Creek, Treats & Chic Eats
Expand
9:00AM
Tarte Beach House
Ease into your second day at Tarte Beach House. Whether you’re after a relaxed breakfast overlooking the creek or one of their photogenic pastries (the kind you eat with your eyes first), this café nails both style and substance.
11:00AM
Tallebdgera Creek
After breakfast, it’s time to get active with a SUP (stand-up paddleboard) session on Currumbin Creek. Calm, turquoise waters make this one of the best spots to paddle — it’s easy enough for beginners, yet scenic enough for everyone. Between the golden sandbanks, rainforest backdrop, and sparkling water, you’ll not only work up a sweat but add some epic shots to your camera roll.
2:00PM
Greenhoue The Bathhouse
After all that paddling, treat yourself at Greenhouse The Bathhoouse. This boutique day spa is all about indulgence — from mineral soak sessions and hydrotherapy pools to massages and restorative treatments. Surrounded by nature, it’s a serene reset after your morning of activity. And yes, the interiors are just as aesthetic as they look on Instagram.
6:00PM
Haven Kitchen & Bar
For your final evening head to Haven Kitchen & Bar at Mondrian Gold Coast. One of the city’s hottest new dining spots, Haven blends a chic coastal setting with elevated dishes designed to impress. Think refined flavours, sleek style, and just the right touch of glamour — the perfect finale to your Gold Coast escape.

That's a Wrap
From sipping frappes at viral TikTok cafés to dining at award-winning restaurants, from paddling in turquoise creeks to unwinding in laid-back moments, the Gold Coast proves one thing: you’ll never get bored here. It’s a destination where every day feels fresh, fun, and unforgettable — whether you’re chasing trends, chasing sunsets, or just chasing a little downtime.
We want to do that too:
Juju Sunday Session – Nobby Beach
Located in Nobby Beach, Juju Rooftop delivers a laid-back yet refined vibe where every bite feels like a celebration. Their Sundown Social runs every Sunday from 4pm — the perfect way to toast the weekend with cocktails and skyline views. Hot tip: book ahead to secure a prime spot for sunset.

Paint & Sip – Miami
For those (like us) who love a different kind of night out, the Paint and Sip evenings at The Sweet Fine Artist Studio in Miami are definitely one for the bucket list. Picture this: a paintbrush in one hand, a wine glass in the other, and plenty of laughs in between. Spots are limited, so make sure you reserve your session in advance.
