Gold Coast 10 and Gold Coast 5 running events, starting and finishing on the lawn in the Broadwater Parklands. The event will start on sunrise at 6am and utilize the cool early Autumn conditions and the super fast, flat highway road surface.

The WSL Championship Tour returns to Snapper Rocks in 2026. The Bonsoy Gold Coast Pro will be the 3rd stop on the schedule. Snapper Rocks is home to some of the most famous victories in surfing history. Past winners include World Champions Kelly Slater, Stephanie Gilmore, Mick Fanning, Carissa Moore and Gabriel Medina amongst others.

Australian Interschools Surfing Championships
This unique event aims to showcase the talent of secondary school students in a tag team format, similar to the hugely popular Hyundai Australian Boardriders Battle, as well as individual divisions. The Australian Interschools Surfing Championships is open to all secondary schools, including government, catholic and independent schools across Australia, to compete and field teams in each division. Schools can enter multiple teams and individuals across Boys and Girls from Year 7-12, but it also caters for schools to enter just one team or one individual.

Women Only Adventure Race QLD
The Women Only Adventure Race is far more than creating an unforgettable event experience shared among girlfriends; it’s about women making time for themselves, and putting first their health and fitness. The journey to the event is the most precious part for a lot of participants: regularly getting together as a team to train, learn new skills, and support one another to push their boundaries. Women Only Adventure Racing event strengthens bonds and relationships, bringing family, friends, and work colleagues together for a weekend of genuine fun. The Women Only Adventure Race is an event where teams of two women travel together in a team, they must navigate around a secret course by foot, mountain bike, and kayak. The stable sit-on double kayaks are provided for all teams and all levels of fitness and experience are welcome. Running/walking five kilometres. Cycling (mountain biking) 10 kilometres. Kayaking 2 kilometres. On race day, the participating teams will receive all maps and descriptions.

Sprint Series Adventure Race QLD
Short, fast and fun, and suitable for anyone and everyone with a real sense of adventure, the Sprint Series Adventure race is designed to offer the perfect introduction to the exciting sport of adventure racing. Teams of two navigate their way between checkpoints by foot, bike and kayak using only a map and a compass. The fastest team to find all checkpoints is the winner. At each event, there is a Classic distance and a Novice distance course available, depending on your ability and experience. These non-stop events will take two to six hours to complete, so there is never any time to get bored or tired, as you will be constantly challenged throughout the race, physically and mentally! Suppose you are new to adventure racing and are looking for an exciting challenge that lives up to your love of the outdoors and action-packed adventure. In that case, the Sprint Series events are a great way to experience what adventure racing is all about.

The Junior State Cup is the premier junior affiliate touch football competition in Queensland. The 2026 Queensland Touch Football Junior State Cup will be held at Redlands thanks to the support of Redland City Council. A three day action packed Touch Football competition that brings together more than 4000 participants from over 230 affiliate teams from across Queensland extending as far north as Cairns and as far south as South Tweed.

Join the 13th Pan Pacific Masters Games on the beautiful Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. Boasting world class venues that play host to national and international sporting events participants only need to meet the qualifying age of their chosen sport to enter which for the majority is 30 years of age. There's a great sport for everyone at PPMG and everyone's a great sport and whilst the competition can sometimes be fierce it's always friendly with an emphasis on fun. The Entertainment Hub with a jam-packed line up of talent is making a return to the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, where participants can catch up with teammates, socialise and celebrate the day's sporting achievements.
