GOLD COAST STUDENT HUB SUPPORT APPOINTMENTS
Gold Coast Student Hub Support officers can try and assist or provide referrals to you for any of the below aspects of your student life:
• Basic Careers Support (Resume, Interview, etc)
• Mental Health & Well-being
• Navigating Australian Systems
• Accommodation advice and support navigating real estate systems
• Referrals to Legal, Social or Community Organisations
Appointments Availability: While the Student Hub is temporarily closed, our friendly team is still here to support you. Appointments are available Monday and Wednesday, online or by phone. When booking, indicate your preferred option (video call or phone call) in the comments section.
This service is available to: Current Gold Coast Students only and must be able to provide a valid student ID card or Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

Tenancy Support
BY QSTARS – TENANTS QUEENSLAND
QSTARS can assist you with:
• Advice & assistance to understand your tenancy rights & responsibilities
• Support to resolve your tenancy issue
• Helping you talk to your lessor or agent
• Help to write a letter or fill in tenancy forms
• Help to attend or prepare for a QCAT tenancy tribunal hearing
• Referral to other services if needed
