G:Link - The easiest way to get around the Gold Coast

The easiest way to explore the Gold Coast is on the G:Link tram. Offering fast, frequent and convenient travel along a 27-kilometre route from Helensvale to Burleigh Heads, it gives you direct access to some of the Gold Coast's best beaches, neighbourhoods and attractions. Enjoy your journey in air-conditioned comfort, along with the knowledge that traffic and parking will not be a problem.

Fares are 50 cents, every time

Every journey on the G:Link costs a flat 50 cents, whether you're hopping one stop or riding the whole line, and it's the same for adults, kids, seniors and visitors. If you're planning a day of beach-hopping, there's also the go explore pass, which covers unlimited bus and tram travel for $1.50 a day.

Mobility Access

All aspects of G:link are in compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act for Accessible Public Transport Requirements. This means that travellers with mobility issues or in wheelchairs can easily access stations and board the trams. Facilities such as information points where you can press a button to speak with a staff member, or let the driver know you need more time to enter or exit a carriage are installed at every station. Ramps and boarding assistance are available and every tram has allocated spaces for passengers with wheelchairs, mobility aids or prams.
