Sundays by Aryve is a three-bedroom apartment at Palm Beach on the southern Gold Coast, a short walk from the sand. Each of the three bedrooms holds a king bed, which is uncommon in a three-bedroom apartment and means no guest takes a lesser room. The residence sleeps six.

The apartment occupies a single level on the seventh floor, with lift access and no internal stairs. Herringbone oak flooring runs through the living, dining and kitchen areas, and the living room corner is glazed towards the ocean. The kitchen has full-height oak joinery, a stone benchtop and an island seating four, two wall ovens and an induction cooktop. A separate laundry adjoins it. The curved terrace runs the width of the living and dining areas, screened with adjustable timber battens and furnished with a lounge setting. Bedrooms are carpeted with ceiling fans, and the main bedroom has its own ensuite with twin basins. There are two bathrooms, ducted air conditioning and wireless internet throughout.

The building provides a cedar-lined sauna, hot and cold magnesium plunge pools, and a barbecue and dining area. Two secure car spaces are included, and a member of the Aryve team meets guests on arrival. Palm Beach sits between Burleigh Heads and Currumbin, with Gold Coast Airport a short drive south.
