Summary

Stone and Tide is a five-bedroom waterfront house at Runaway Bay, on the western shore of the Gold Coast Broadwater. A spa sits on the covered terrace above the water, and a private pontoon is reached by a gangway from the rear of the property.

The house occupies three levels. The main level holds an open kitchen, lounge and dining area that opens to a covered terrace facing the Broadwater, with a table for eight beside the spa. A second living area on the lower level has its own kitchenette and opens to a deck at the water, where a barbecue and a second table for eight sit level with the canal.

Five bedrooms sleep thirteen. Two have king beds, two have queen beds, and one of those carries an additional single. The fifth is a bunk room with two bunk beds. The main bedroom has a private terrace and an ensuite with a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, twin basins and a dressing room. Ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout.

A public park with a boat ramp sits across the road. Runaway Bay Shopping Village covers the everyday shop, and Southport is a short drive south.
