Summary

Billie by Aryve is a two-storey penthouse at Main Beach on the Gold Coast, with the beach across the road. Its own rooftop spa, enclosed in glass beneath a louvred roof, opens onto a terrace with a barbecue, an outdoor table and loungers looking over the city.

Inside, the kitchen, dining and living areas share one open floor, with a long island, a table for 10 and glass doors to a balcony with an ocean outlook between the neighbouring towers. Upstairs, a second lounge gives part of the group its own space. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests. The main bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the bunk room two sets of bunks with four single beds. The upstairs bedroom has a fold-down queen bed, its own sitting area and a kitchenette. The living room and bunk room have split-system air conditioning, and the laundry has a full-size washer and dryer.

Guests can use the building's pool, communal spa, sauna and tennis court, and a barbecue area in the gardens. Tedder Avenue's cafes and restaurants are close by, between Surfers Paradise and The Spit. Two car spaces come with the stay.
