Set across more than 1,500sqm of open-air deck, with four pools, a spa, sauna and plenty of shade, it is one of the largest hotel pool areas on the Gold Coast. Settle into a sun lounge, pull up a bar stool or claim a semi private pod among the greenery, then let the day unfold.

The drinks list moves with the day, frozen and refreshing while the sun is high, then more elevated as the light turns golden over the coastline.

The food is global favourites with a modern twist, made to share. As the sun sets, the kitchen turns to the grill, with seasonal plates cooked over fire and seasoned simply.

Golden Hour runs daily from 3pm to 5pm. When evening falls, a curated playlist lifts the mood and carries the day into night.
