Located within Hilton Surfers Paradise, and led by their Executive Chef, Kathy Tindall, Catch uses fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients, celebrating a variety of ingredients from our region.

Enjoy an idyllic location overlooking Orchid Avenue, where diners can watch the street life from large circular porthole windows, or enjoy the energy provided by the open kitchen where their team of chefs create their culinary delights.

Few things feel more indulgent in winter than fresh seafood by the sea. At Hilton Surfers Paradise, Catch Restaurant serves it simply and beautifully.

Enjoy their Seafood Platter for two which includes oysters, spanner crab cakes, coconut prawns, grilled barramundi, salt and pepper squid, fries, salad, lemon and sauces. Or go straight for the Coconut King Prawns with kimchi salad, aioli and coriander.
