Who can purchase the LOVE GC Card?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be an Australian resident with an Australian mobile number.

How long will the LOVE GC Cards be available for purchase?There are 50,000 LOVE GC Cards available, which can be purchased from 9:00 am AEST on Monday, 31st March 2025, until sold out. Once all cards are allocated, no further purchases of the LOVE GC Card will be available.

Can I purchase multiple LOVE GC Cards?No, purchases are limited to one card per mobile number.

Is there a cost to purchasing the LOVE GC Card?The LOVE GC Card costs $50 plus transaction fees. In return, you will receive a prepaid Mastercard loaded with $100 to spend at participating businesses.

What are the transaction fees for purchasing a LOVE GC Card?
A fee of 1.75% plus $0.30 applies per transaction when purchasing a LOVE GC Card.
When using the card at participating businesses, standard merchant transaction fees may apply, which will be deducted from the LOVE GC Card.
If you attempt to use the card at a non-participating business, a failed transaction fee of $0.10 will be charged per unsuccessful attempt.

What information is required to purchase the card?
You must provide:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Billing address
- Payment details
Please double-check your information before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make changes once the transaction is processed. If your mobile number is incorrect, you will not receive the card.

I’ve entered my details wrong, who do I contact?If your email address or mobile number has been entered incorrectly, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure your details are accurate before purchasing a LOVE GC Card.

Can I get a refund or exchange for my LOVE GC Card?No, refunds or exchanges are not available. However, many fantastic businesses accept the LOVE GC Card. Check out the deals at www.lovegcdeals.com.

Can I purchase the LOVE GC Card as a gift for someone else?Purchases are limited to one Card per person, based on phone number and email addresses. You are welcome to gift this to another person, but will need to provide their phone number so they receive the activation SMS.
Activating and Using the LOVE GC Card

How will I receive my LOVE GC Card after purchasing?
After purchasing, you’ll receive:
- An instant confirmation email confirming your order
- If your details and payment are confirmed, you will receive a text message to the mobile number you provided as soon as possible from EML Payment Solutions Limited with instructions to download the card via the Get My eCard app.
- If your order is declined for any reason, you will be notified via email.
- Once the card is activated, you can also add it to your digital wallet or continue use in the app.

How do I activate my LOVE GC Card?
You’ll receive an SMS as soon as possible with activation instructions via the Get My eCard app. Follow the steps in the app using the same mobile number and email used for purchase.
Orders are processed within the hours of 7am - 7pm. Please allow a longer time for the SMS to be received if you purchased a LOVE GC Card outside of this time frame. If you haven’t received your activation SMS within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team at lovegc@experiencegoldcoast.com.

Where can I spend my LOVE GC Card?
You can spend your LOVE GC Card at participating Gold Coast accommodation, dining, experience and attraction providers. View the list of participating businesses at www.lovegcdeals.com.
Attempting to use it at a non-participating business will result in a declined transaction and a $0.10 failed transaction fee from the balance of your card.

How can I use the LOVE GC Card?
The LOVE GC Card functions like a debit card but can only be used at selected businesses:
- In-store: Use it via EFTPOS machine
- Online: Enter card details at checkout with participating businesses.Visit www.lovegcdeals.com to browse available accommodation, experience, and dining deals. A reminder that deals which have limited availability may sell out and so please check the website before using your card.

Can I use my LOVE GC Card at multiple locations?Yes, you can use the card at multiple participating businesses until the full $100 balance is spent.

What happens if my purchase with the LOVE GC Card exceeds $100?For transactions over $100, contact the participating business directly to confirm the best payment method as processes may vary.

Can I check the balance of my LOVE GC Card?Card transaction activity and balance information can be found by accessing your account via the EML Get My Egift Card app.

Can I use my LOVE GC Card to withdraw cash?No, the card cannot be used to withdraw cash from ATMs or financial institutions.

Can I add money to my LOVE GC CardNo, the LOVE GC Card is non-reloadable.

Can I use my LOVE GC Card for an existing booking?
If you have an unpaid reservation at a participating business, you can use your LOVE GC Card to complete the payment. However, if the booking has already been paid for, the card cannot be applied retroactively.

What should I do if my transaction is declined at a participating business?
Log onto the app to check the card balance. Also visit lovegcdeals.com and confirm that the business is part of the Love GC Card program.

What happens if I have unused funds on my LOVE GC Card?You can continue using the card until the full balance is spent. Any remaining balance after expiry will be forfeited.

What is the expiry date of my LOVE GC Card?
LOVE GC Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Once expired, any remaining balance is forfeited.
However, the LOVE GC deals are subject to the individual terms and conditions set by the participating business, and we strongly recommend purchasing the deal while it’s available.

Can I get a refund if I’ve used my LOVE GC Card?Refunds are subject to the policy of the participating merchant. If a refund is granted, it will be returned to your LOVE GC Card and can be used at any participating business.

What if the experience I booked was cancelled, will I receive a refund?You will be subject to the participating business and need to contact them directly regarding their refund policy. If the business has agreed to a refund, the refunded amount must be refunded to the LOVE GC Card that was used to make the original payment with.

What happens after I’ve made a booking using my LOVE GC Card?Once you have made a transaction using your LOVE GC Card, confirmation will follow the select merchants usual booking process. If you have any questions regarding your confirmed booking, please reach out to the business directly.

What if a business I want to visit isn’t on the list of participating businesses?
The LOVE GC Card can only be used at approved businesses. Attempting to use it at a non-participating business will result in a declined transaction and a $0.10 failed transaction fee.
