Following the screening, the experience continues with a seasonal dining journey at Palette—HOTA’s award-winning fine dining destination.

Head Chef Dayan Hartill-Law presents a bespoke menu featuring regeneratively grown ingredients, some sourced from our very own Messines Farm.

Let the flavours unfold as our guest MC Amy Mcdonald guides the evening, weaving together the stories behind the soil, the plate, and the people.
