This is Gold Coast 2026 (TIGC26) was held from August 3 to 6, 2026. Run by Experience Gold Coast, the 12th annual signature business events showcase brought local and international event planners together to experience the region's top venues, spaces, and hospitality offerings.
The curated three and four-day programs featured sensory activations, new discoveries, business connections and exclusive events that brought the Gold Coast’s business events offering to life.
Event highlights and locations
- A beachfront shared lunch at Valentina by Accor, bringing coastal luxury to life.
- A dramatic dining transformation at The Star Gold Coast, showcasing the impact of production, lighting and design.
- 886 scheduled meetings at Sea World Resort’s Business Exchange, with Exponet and Moreton Hire delivering the event environment for creating new connections between buyers and industry.

Attendees of TIGC have the option to join either a 3-day or 4-day program.
3-DAY PROGRAM
The 3-day program includes two nights of hosted accommodation, a variety of showcase events and the Business Exchange. The Showcase Events are designed to highlight the breadth of the Gold Coast's event offerings. Attendees will immerse themselves in a variety of diverse social events, while enjoying the opportunity to network, cultivate relationships, and delve deeper into discussions with local suppliers. The Business Exchange will provide attendees with a day of face-to-face pre-scheduled appointments with the opportunity to engage and connect with Gold Coast's business event venues and suppliers.
4-DAY PROGRAM
This option includes three nights of hosted accommodation and an in-depth exploration of the Gold Coast's business events offerings, plus all the benefits of the 3-day program plus exclusive site inspections of accommodation venues, unique offsite event locations, and local experiences.
