On Friday the 21st of November, Balter gets your weekend started the right way, with two of Australia's finest comedians, Dan Willis and Luke Heggie serving up laughs in the Balter Beer Garden.

Dan Willis

With over 3000 gigs in 11 different countries, including TV appearances in the UK and Australia, Dan Willis has cemented himself as the single most experienced festival act in history. Willis performs in all major comedy clubs as a headline act or MC and International festivals throughout the globe performing solo shows (New Zealand and Melbourne Comedy Festivals, Adelaide and Edinburgh Fringes to name but a few).

Willis's specialist comedy shows cover Computers, Zombies, Music, Ferris Bueller, Michael Jackson and more recently, one of the biggest shows on Netflix - Cobra Kai.

Luke Heggie

Luke Heggie is an Australian comedian, but not one of the blazer-wearing ones, having his back slapped by humorist satirists on TV. He works mainly as a stand up comic, but not one of those ones who asks audience members their names and then proceeds to remind them what they look like, which is in very high demand due to the increase in self-obsession of rank and file members of the public.

He is a raw and unapologetic live club act, working six or seven nights per week. When he's not doing that, he is writing and producing MID FLIGHT BRAWL with Melbourne's best comedian Nick Cody; a weekly podcast cataloging air rage incidents throughout the ages.
